Pechacek General Contracting has been serving Western Wisconsin and Eastern Minnesota since 2002. Brian made a decision to start his own company based on his previous experience in the roofing, siding, and window business. Many satisfied roofing, siding, and window customers have asked for our help with building a home, staging their existing home for resale, or constructing a new addition to their home. We are dedicated to our customers and maintaining a positive relationship is our top priority.

The Team

Brian Pechacek, President
Brian Pechacek is a lifelong resident of River Falls and holds a Bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Wisconsin- River Falls. His background includes nearly 14 years of general contracting experience with an expertise in interior and exterior remodeling projects, roofing, siding, and windows. His extensive sales and marketing experience was enhanced while employed with 3M Corporation, Imation and West Publishing earlier in his career. His broad base of industry experience with abrasives, industrial cleaning, legal and computer industries has provided Brian with the opportunity to enhance his communication skills while working with CEO’s, middle management, and maintenance professionals throughout his career. “I believe in using the highest quality products with the best warranties, and using highly trained certified sub-contractors that have a vision of long term solutions with the highest level of integrity and trust.”

Alex Miller, Project Specialist
My name is Alex Miller, but please feel free to call me Al! I am here to help you through every step of your project, from the first call to your final inspection of our work! Helping people just like you improve your home is my main passion and goal! I am a graduate of the University of Wisconsin River Falls, and I still live here in River Falls. After meeting Brian through mutual friends we both knew that I was going to be a great fit working for him in sales and project management.

I have a wide variety of experience in construction and the various trades involved. I’ve been working in construction since I was a little kid helping clean up job sites for my Dad’s homebuilding company. I went on to travel the country working in sales for a storm restoration company, working mainly with exterior wind and hail damage. When it comes to working with you I pride myself on making the process as simple and straightforward as possible. I look forward to meeting with you and helping you in any way that I can!

Rosalie ‘Rose’ Walker, Office Manager
I have worked in a variety of business settings in western Wisconsin for over two decades. Small business is my passion. I earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Utah. As a young mother I processed tax returns in a CPA firm. When our family grew to two sons; I hung out my shingle preparing tax returns in our home. I later developed a bookkeeping company serving small business clients in western WI and eastern, MN. After six years I was hired by an organic ingredients distribution company. My work included accounting, claims and warehouse management for fifteen years. Currently, I am excited to learn the contracting business working with Pechacek’s General Contracting! I enjoy people, accounting and problem solving. I am a huge fan of the River Falls community and I get to walk to work most days!
