About Brian Pechacek

Brian has been in the construction business for over 25 years. He began roofing in the early 2000’s and incorporated Pechacek’s General Contracting LLC in January 2005. Since that time, he has built his business one step at a time. His motto has always been, help the customer and do what is right. Brian believes in educating the customer so he/she can make an informed decision. The company has been working with the same roofing crew since 2004.

Brian is a lifelong resident of River Falls and holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. His background includes 20 years of general contracting experience with expertise in interior and exterior remodeling projects, roofing, siding, and windows. His extensive sales and marketing experience was enhanced while employed with 3M Corporation, Imation and West Publishing earlier in his career.

Many satisfied customers have used Pechacek’s General Contracting, Roofing & Siding LLC for a roofing and siding projects. Over the timeframe of the business, we have roofed single family dwellings and apartment complexes. We have replaced roofs within housing developments with as many as 29 multifamily buildings per project. Our crew has extensive knowledge in all aspects of roofing. Our siding crews have experience in vinyl, LP Smartside and steel. We work closely with them to achieve the homeowners’ goals. Our business is located in River Falls Wisconsin and we have served many customers in the St Croix Valley and beyond.

Community Involvement

At Pechacek’s General Contracting, Roofing & Siding LLC, giving back to the community is at the heart of what we do. Owner Brian Pechacek has played a key role in local projects, including acting as the general contractor for the First National Bank of River Falls Field, home to the River Falls Fighting Fish. Over the course of three years, Brian generously donated his time to oversee the development, bidding, and construction of the field, which now hosts over 130 amateur, high school, and youth baseball games annually.

Pechacek’s General Contracting is also proud to have contributed to the DeSanctis Park fitness trail project, which promotes outdoor fitness and addresses local health needs. Along with other local businesses, we contributed towards the $13,000 needed to implement this ADA-accessible trail, complete with 10 self-guided stations. This project reflects our commitment to fostering a healthier and more connected community in River Falls.
